The majority of mandatory courses have to be renewed annually. Carers are a scattered or disparate workforce with some organisations providing care to individual homes and others managing numerous care homes spread around the country. CareShield pride ourselves in supplying fully accredited learning via e-learning and face to face trainers that are specialists from the care sector, who have hands on experience and work in the care sector today.

CareShield runs an in house training centre at our offices, staffed by fully accredited highly experienced trainers with many years experience in the Care Sector and qualified to teach at higher education standards.

Our trainers and Customer Service Department are also available to hold e-learning surgeries at your location. We can provide end to end support with your e-learning purchase by tutoring those who require it through the process of getting started on the e-learning, how to access, manage and report on the modules as well as any basic IT tutoring that staff may need.

Courses can either be purchased as a face to face course or as an e-learning course.

Price per session is based on a maximum of 8 people with the course delivered at a CareShield training facility.

E-learning courses are sold in three cost bands: A: 0 - 50 licences, B: 51 - 100 licences, C: 101+ licences. Eligibility for cost bands is based on the total licences purchased for a combination of courses.*N/A Some courses are not available as e-learning courses as they include a pracical element.
